HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
WE HAVE MADE SOME CHANGES TO OUR RETURN POLICY AS WE NAVIGATE OUR CURRENT LOCKDOWN AND COVID-19 SITUATION.
*Only for items purchased between December 1st through 24th. All other purchase are subject to our normal policy - exchange or store credit within 14 days.
You MUST notify us of all exchanges/returns by January 15th like our normal policy states. By doing so you will help better prepare us for when we reopen. Once you let us know, we will add you to our extension list for when we can welcome you into our shop again.
When we can reopen to the public you will have one week to come in and return your item. This only applies if you have notified us of your return by January 10th AND you have tags and the original/gift receipt.
*SALE/Clearance and personal items are always final sale.
