Please note that order processing times vary depending on season and what day orders are placed.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (with the exception of weekends when they cannot be sent for shipping). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and our default method is Expedited Canada Post Shipping. We always offer free shipping over $200.
Our local deliveries are a flat rate of $10 and are delivered to your porch 2-3 times per week. If it's urgent, just give us a call and we will help you out!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution and determine if it was a carrier issue or a defect.
